Thank you for recording the memorial to allow the many friends to read it and learn some thing about Bob

that we may not have known,.

I served as a Scoutmaster years ago for the Boy Scouts and later served as a member of the Executive Board of the Alabama Boy Scouts.

Best Wishes to all the family.

01-14-2012 7:24 PM -- By: Barbara Langham,  From: Adelphi Class

Ann, I was shocked to read your sad news in the Adelphi newsletter a few minutes ago.  You are such a delightful couple and always were a joy to see together, even when we just said a "Hello, great hat," to you and you both would give me a big smile.

You will be in my prayers as you find your way without him by your side. He is not far though and you are strong and brave. and dear to God.

My very best to you. You are a precious lady.

Barbara Langham

I'm so sorry for your loss.  From the stories you told me about your dad, he was truly a great man. Remember that your loss is only temporary.  We'll all be together again in heaven and your dad is up there right now saying "Wow - what a magnificent place!".  May God bless you and your family.

Thank you for providing this opportunity to memorialize a wonderful man who gave so much of himself in so many ways.  Living a quiet heroic life is a gift that he gave to all of us.  We will miss seeing he and Ann making their way up and down the halls of Clarewood House.
